DONATE TO TIBET ORAL HISTORY PROJECT
Your Support is Critical
You can help us reach our goal of preserving 300 oral histories by supporting the videotaping of 25 more interviews. TOHP's interview team plans to travel to Dehradun, India this spring to record the life stories of additional elderly Tibetans before they pass away. For this mission we will expand the collection of women's voices because only 67 of the 278 oral histories currently in our collection are from women.
Videotaping these additional 25 life stories of Tibet's elders requires $14,000 in funding. You can join this endeavor by contributing:
$40 to publish a video DVD of one interview
$135 to locate and pre-interview three elders
$250 to hire a videographer for two interviews
$560 to fully fund one elder's oral history
